ckzzz Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ckzzz platform at ckzzz.vip and form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ckzzz ("the Platform"). By accessing ckzzz, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.

ckzzz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version is always published at ckzzz.vip/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using ckzzz immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the ckzzz platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. They apply to all users — including visitors who browse without registering, registered account holders, and any person who places a wager or participates in any gaming activity on ckzzz. Access to core features — depositing, betting, and withdrawing — requires a registered and verified account.

These Terms should be read alongside the ckzzz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility

To register and use ckzzz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. ckzzz may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage and may suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• ▸Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ckzzz does not permit persons under 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform, regardless of parental consent.
• ▸Location: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ckzzz is lawful in your location.
• ▸Personal capacity: You must act on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your ckzzz account.
• ▸Mental capacity: You must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your judgement when registering or placing wagers. ckzzz bears no liability for bets placed while a player is impaired.
• ▸Exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, a voluntary exclusion agreement, or any restriction that prohibits access to online gaming platforms. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from ckzzz, you must not attempt to re-register.

ckzzz may at any time request proof of age, proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full features of ckzzz, you must register a player account. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. The following rules govern all ckzzz accounts:

• ▸One account per player: Each player may hold only one ckzzz account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and results in all accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.
• ▸Accurate information: You must provide your real name, a valid mobile number, and accurate personal details. ckzzz uses the mobile number as the primary account identifier. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• ▸Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ckzzz login credentials. All activity under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ckzzz support immediately.
• ▸Non-transferability: Your ckzzz account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person or entity. Any such transfer is void and may result in permanent account closure.
• ▸Inactive accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ckzzz reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant accounts or close them after providing prior written notice to the registered contact number.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ckzzz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on your ckzzz account:

• ▸Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit on ckzzz is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited. ckzzz does not charge a deposit fee for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• ▸Deposit crediting: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited in real time, subject to confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 15 minutes of a confirmed payment, contact ckzzz support with the transaction reference number.
• ▸Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Requests below this amount will not be processed. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• ▸Withdrawal processing: ckzzz aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during high demand or where additional verification is required.
• ▸Verification before withdrawal: ckzzz reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit a government-issued ID, proof of mobile wallet ownership, or other supporting documents.
• ▸Currency: All balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are processed in BDT. ckzzz does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion is solely at the player's own risk and cost.

Funds held in your ckzzz account are not insured and do not earn interest. ckzzz is not a financial institution. Account balances are not protected by any government deposit protection scheme and should not be treated as savings.

Bonuses and Promotions

ckzzz may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers:

• ▸Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover for each promotion is stated in its specific terms. Failure to meet the requirement within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• ▸One welcome bonus per player: The ckzzz welcome bonus is available to new players only — one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously held a ckzzz account are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.
• ▸Bonus eligibility: ckzzz reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who engage in bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns, or any activity designed to exploit promotional terms will be disqualified from all current and future promotions.
• ▸Promotion validity: All promotions have an expiry date. Bonuses, free spins, and cashback credits not used within the stated validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. ckzzz is not obliged to notify players individually of impending expiry.
• ▸Promotion modification: ckzzz reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, ckzzz will honour any bonus already credited to the player's account at the time of withdrawal, subject to the applicable wagering requirement.

Prohibited Conduct

ckzzz is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• ▸Fraud and money laundering: Using ckzzz for any form of financial fraud, money laundering, or processing funds from illegal activities is strictly prohibited. ckzzz cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence units where required by law.
• ▸Collusion: Any form of collusion between players — including chip dumping, pre-arranged outcomes in peer-to-peer games, or coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee winnings — is prohibited and results in permanent exclusion from ckzzz.
• ▸Automated software and bots: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any third-party program designed to interact with ckzzz in an automated or non-human manner is strictly prohibited.
• ▸Account manipulation: Opening multiple accounts, using another person's account, or providing false identity documents during verification are all forms of account manipulation resulting in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• ▸Platform exploitation: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, glitches, miscalculated odds, or any technical fault in the ckzzz system to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Winnings derived from known or reasonably suspected platform errors will be voided.
• ▸Offensive behaviour: Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language directed at ckzzz staff or other players — in any live chat, customer support interaction, or community channel — will result in immediate account suspension.

ckzzz's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ckzzz reserves the right to void all bets, reverse transactions, forfeit all account balances, and permanently close the account without any obligation to provide a refund.

Game Rules and Integrity

Each game on ckzzz — including slots, live casino table games, crash games, sports betting markets, and virtual sports — is governed by its own specific rules provided by the relevant game provider and accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable game rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of any wager.

All RNG-based games on ckzzz are supplied by certified third-party providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested for fairness. Responsible Gaming

• ▸Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling permanently may request self-exclusion from ckzzz. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and permanently. A self-excluded player may not re-register or attempt to open a new account. Any such attempt is a breach of these Terms.

Account Suspension and Termination

ckzzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice. The following are grounds on which account action may be taken:

• ▸Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or provision of false information during registration or KYC verification.
• ▸Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time of a request from ckzzz, or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or use of automated software.
• ▸A player's request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion, or identification by ckzzz's responsible gaming systems of patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.
• ▸Any conduct that ckzzz reasonably determines to undermine the integrity, security, or reputation of the platform or the gaming experience of other players.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckzzz excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss. ckzzz does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, the absence of errors in game software, or the permanent availability of any particular game, market, or feature.

In the event that ckzzz is found liable for any loss despite the foregoing exclusions, ckzzz's total liability to the player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player to their account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ckzzz platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and proprietary data — is owned by or licensed to ckzzz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any ckzzz content without the express prior written consent of ckzzz.

Game content displayed on ckzzz — including slot graphics, live casino video streams, and sports data feeds — is the intellectual property of the respective third-party game providers and data suppliers. Unauthorised recording, streaming, or reproduction of live casino content violates those providers' intellectual property rights and may give rise to independent legal liability.

Amendments to These Terms

ckzzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published at ckzzz.vip/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

Where an amendment materially changes registered players' rights or obligations, ckzzz will endeavour to notify affected players via their registered mobile number. However, ckzzz is not obliged to individually notify every player of every amendment. Your continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.
